Not a bad <strong>repo<\/strong>, but ultimately a bit too close to the <strong>blanco<\/strong> to warrant the price hike.\u00a0 The <strong>repo<\/strong> WOULD make a great Margarita mixer however, given that it still maintains its heat. That would come shining through a mixed drink.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>anejo<\/strong> fulfills the promise that the <strong>repo<\/strong> never quite manages to complete.\u00a0 There is a welcome bottom-end to the flavor which gives the <strong>anejo<\/strong> an overall feeling of richness with an accent on the deeper spice component.\u00a0 Also \u2013 the <strong>anejo<\/strong> has a neat trick of finishing with a sweet <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">buttercream<\/span> note on the FRONT palate (hard to do) as well as maintaining the heat and the warm throat-drip finish.\u00a0 It was a tough decision to pick the recommended buy between the <strong>blanco<\/strong> and the <strong>anejo<\/strong>, but given all factors (including the price) your <strong>Tequila Whisperer<\/strong> had to ultimately give the nod to the <strong>blanco<\/strong>.\u00a0 Don\u2019t count out that<strong> anejo<\/strong>, however.\u00a0 It\u2019s a solid sip with a lot to recommend!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RECOMMENDED BUY:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Comisario BLANCO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/danhicks.net\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2016\" title=\"HixBandsm_01\" src=\"https:\/\/tequilawhisperer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/HixBandsm_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tequilawhisperer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/HixBandsm_01.jpg 900w, https:\/\/tequilawhisperer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/HixBandsm_01-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Dan Hicks playin&#8217;
